What kind of tour packages does Madina Travellers offer?
We specialise in five routes: the UK to Europe and Türkiye, the UK to Pakistan, the USA to Europe, tours within northern Pakistan for Pakistani travellers, and international packages from Pakistan to Türkiye, Dubai and Azerbaijan. We also run Hajj and Umrah packages year-round.
Do your tour packages include flights and hotels?
Yes. International packages include return flights, all hotels, transfers, guided sightseeing, entry tickets and the meals listed in the itinerary. Domestic Pakistan packages include transport, hotels, permits, guides and half board. Every page lists exactly what is and is not included.
Can I see the full itinerary before I book?
Yes — the complete day-by-day plan is published on every package page with timings for each activity. Choose your departure date and the whole itinerary redraws around your real dates, including hotel check-in dates and flight days, and you can download it as a PDF before paying anything.
How do I get a price for my dates?
Pick your route and dates in the planner, choose your comfort tier and traveller numbers, and the page shows an indicative total immediately. Send the inquiry or message us on WhatsApp, and our team confirms a firm all-in price, normally within one working day.
Do you help with visas?
Yes, and it is included in the package price. We prepare Schengen visa files for UK residents, Pakistan e-Visa and NICOP guidance for British travellers, and Türkiye, UAE and Azerbaijan applications for Pakistani passport holders. Only the consulate fee itself is separate.
Are your tours suitable for families and older travellers?
Most of them, yes. Every package states its pace and difficulty and the amount of walking involved. Our UK to Pakistan family package is built specifically around family visits, and several northern tours are graded easy with short driving legs.
