What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file a website stores on your device. It lets the site recognise your browser on the next page or the next visit — which is how you stay signed in, how your language choice survives a page change, and how a booking keeps its place while you move between steps.
This page explains what madinatravellers.com stores and why. It applies to this website only; the airlines, hotels and payment providers we connect you to set their own cookies under their own policies.
What we use, and for how long
Strictly necessary
These keep the site working. They remember your sign-in session, keep a booking together as you move between steps, and protect forms against abuse. The site cannot function without them, so they cannot be switched off.

- Deleted when you close the browser, or after 30 days for a remembered sign-in.
Preference
These remember choices you have made — your language, your currency, and whether you have dismissed a banner — so you do not have to set them again on every visit.

Analytics
These tell us which pages are read, which packages are looked at, and where people leave the site, so we can improve it. The data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

How to control them
Every major browser lets you see the cookies a site has set, delete them, and block future ones — usually under Settings, then Privacy. You can also browse in a private or incognito window, which clears everything when you close it.
Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop you signing in and stop a booking from holding together between steps. Blocking preference and analytics cookies changes nothing except that the site forgets your language and we lose the anonymous usage data we use to improve it.
