By using the Madina Travellers website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are displayed in Euros and may include taxes and fees. Payment must be completed to confirm a booking.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by product (flights, hotels, packages). Refunds are processed according to the airline/hotel policy. Non-refundable fares cannot be refunded once issued.

4. Passports and Documents

It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure valid travel documents (passport, visa) are obtained before travel. Madina Travellers is not liable for denied boarding due to invalid documents.

5. Liability

Madina Travellers acts as an intermediary between passengers and airlines/hotels. We are not liable for schedule changes, cancellations, or service failures by third-party providers.
