Why book this route with us

Every year thousands of British-Pakistani families fly home, spend the whole trip in one town, and never see the north — because arranging drivers, mountain hotels and permits from 6,000 km away is genuinely difficult. These packages solve that. We handle the flights, the 4x4s, the verified hotels with hot water and back-up power, the permits, and a guide who speaks English, Urdu and the local languages. Some itineraries are full escorted tours; others deliberately leave days blank for your family, and simply collect you from their door when you are ready for the mountains. We also run Pakistan tours for first-time visitors with no family connection, and the country rewards them enormously.

  • Built for families going home

Our most popular Pakistan package leaves four days completely free for your family and collects you from their address anywhere in Punjab or Azad Kashmir.

  • Mountain-experienced drivers and vehicles

4x4 Land Cruisers with drivers who work the Karakoram Highway every season, not city taxis sent north for the week.

  • Hotels we have actually inspected

Hot water, back-up power and heating are not a given in the north. Every property on our itineraries has been visited by our team.

  • NICOP, POC and e-Visa guidance

Dual nationals often use the wrong document and lose weeks. We tell you which one is fastest for your case and prepare the file.

UK → Pakistan — common questions

Is northern Pakistan safe for British travellers?

Gilgit-Baltistan sees tens of thousands of foreign visitors each season and is one of the safest regions in South Asia for travellers. We monitor Foreign Office advice daily and register groups with local authorities where required.

When can I travel to the north?

May to early October. Babusar Top and Khunjerab Pass are closed by snow outside that window. Lahore, Islamabad, Swat and Peshawar are best October to April, when the plains are cool.

Do I need a visa if I hold a British passport?

Yes — a Pakistan e-Visa, normally issued in 7–10 working days. British-Pakistani dual nationals should travel on NICOP or POC instead, and we advise which is faster in your case.

Can you build the tour around visiting relatives?

Yes, and we do it constantly. Tell us where your family is and how many days you need with them, and we build the rest of the itinerary around it as a private departure.
