What is included in the package price?
Return airline tickets on a direct Islamabad–Jeddah flight, hotel accommodation in Makkah and Madinah for the full duration, Umrah visa processing, and sharing bus transport between Jeddah, Makkah and Madinah. Meals are not included unless separately arranged.
What is the difference between sharing, quad, triple and double?
It is how many people share one hotel room. Sharing (also called quint) puts five or more to a room and is the cheapest. Quad is four, triple is three, and double is two — the most private and the most expensive. Families usually take a quad or triple; groups of friends normally take sharing.
How far are the hotels from the Haram?
It varies by option and is listed on every one. The closest Makkah hotel on these flyers is 500 m from the Haram on Ibrahim Khalil Road; the furthest is 2,500 m in Kudai with a shuttle bus. Anything marked 'shuttle' runs a bus to the Haram; anything without is comfortable walking distance.
Do you arrange the Umrah visa?
Yes — Umrah visa processing is included in the package price. We need your original passport with at least six months' validity, photographs to Saudi specification and a vaccination certificate. Our Rawalpindi office handles the submission.
Can I book a package for a family with children?
Yes. Tell us the ages when you inquire and we will advise the best room configuration — most families take a quad or a triple. Infant and child rates differ from the adult rates shown, so we quote those individually.
Is payment required in full up front?
Yes. Full advance payment is required to confirm a booking, because airline seats and hotel rooms are issued against payment. Packages are non-refundable and non-changeable once confirmed.
Why is Saudia more expensive than the Airsial package?
Saudia is the Saudi national carrier and generally carries a higher fare than Airsial on the same Islamabad–Jeddah route, with a larger baggage allowance and a wider schedule. If price is your first concern, look at our MT-15 Airsial package, which uses the same seven hotel pairings for roughly PKR 8,000 less per person on the 14-night option.
