For UK residents travelling on Pakistani, Indian, Bangladeshi or other non-EU passports. We prepare the complete file — confirmed flights and hotels, a day-by-day itinerary on letterhead, insurance meeting the €30,000 medical requirement — and book the VFS appointment. We apply to the consulate of the country where you spend the most nights, which is the rule most refusals turn on.
British passport holders need a Pakistan e-Visa, normally issued in 7–10 working days; we complete the application and supply the invitation and itinerary documents it asks for. British-Pakistani dual nationals should travel on NICOP or POC instead, and we advise which is faster in your case — applying for the wrong one is the most common way families lose three weeks.
Included in the price of every Umrah package we sell. You provide the passport, photographs to Saudi specification and a vaccination certificate; our Rawalpindi office prepares and submits the file. Note the ten-day rule on meningococcal vaccination — it is enforced.
For Pakistani passport holders. The UAE tourist visa takes 3–5 working days and the Azerbaijan ASAN e-visa around three. Türkiye takes roughly three weeks unless you hold a valid UK, US or Schengen visa, in which case the e-Visa is far quicker. All three are included in our packages to those countries.
Standard processing is 15 calendar days from your biometrics appointment, but appointments themselves are often booked out three to five weeks in peak season. Allow six to eight weeks from decision to travel.
Refusals almost never come down to nationality. They come down to an incomplete file — insufficient proof of funds, an unclear itinerary, or travel insurance that does not meet the medical cover requirement. Consulates look for roughly £60–100 per day of the trip in stable bank statements, not a large deposit made last week.
No. A valid NICOP or POC gives visa-free entry to Pakistan with no restriction on length of stay. This is why we check which document a dual-national family holds before starting any application.
Visa support is included in the price of our tour and Umrah packages. The consulate or government fee is always separate and paid by you. If we look at a file and think it will be refused, we say so before you pay a fee.
